The world is facing various revolutionary changes in many fields due to several movements and innovations. Some revolutions suggest about sudden violence and unparallel change but some other revolutions bring a gradual transformation also. According to some historians, during the 13th and 14th century, a massive economic change around the world has become the reason for industrial revolution worldwide. However, during the 17th and 18th century also, the term seems to be useful.

In the modern history, the industrial revolution is a process of changing economy from an agrarian and handicraft economy to an economy which is dominated by the industry as well as the machine manufacturing. During the 18th century, the industrial revolution process has begun and thereafter it has been spread all over the world. The industrial revolution in Britain led to the fostering of the money economy and due to this the expansion of trades also took place which in turn stimulated the development of many new financial and credit institution. On a large scale, the capitalism appeared which as a consequence increased the number of commercial entrepreneurs. With the expansion of population, the productivity also increased and thus the economy of any country captured the best place.

In the industrial revolution, three different features are involved. They are, technological, socioeconomic and cultural. Use of many new basic materials and new energy sources were included in the technological revolution of the industries. The innovation and utilization of new machines decreased the expenditure of human energy and increased the production also. Development in transportation and communication also became the reason of mass production of manufactured goods.

In non-industrial spheres, there were also some developments as a result of industrial revolution because agricultural improvements, economical developments resulted in a wider distribution to the human wealth also. The social changes included the growth of many new cities, new patterns of authority and working-class movements. The workers came from different regions and areas which resulted in the variation of the culture also. They acquired many new as well as distinctive skills to enhance their knowledge. During this industrial revolution, many people moved to the cities promoting urbanization. Due to this, the number of middle-class workers also increased. According to some historians, although the revolution was slow, it was effective enough to change the life of people from all over the world.

The industrial revolution got influence from several conditions. The willingness to innovate was one of them. The farmers were enthusiastic to produce more crops as they got the opportunity to use many technological machines which reduced their working hours. The output of the farming increased and it brought many benefits to the economy of the countries. The agricultural and technological innovations were the main tools in the increment of the industrial revolution. Producing a greater variety of works, the revolution increased the production of goods. As a result, the industrial revolution influenced the life of every people irrespective of their socials status. It brought a huge change in the ways of living their lives.
